Liposuction is where they will come in and remove the fat deposits in your face. They are basically using a sophisticated vacuum to suck out the fat from your face. F3R2
Eye Area
1. Close your eyes tightly. Squeezing your eyelids closed lift your eyebrows up towards your forehead as high as you can. Repeat 15 times for 3 sets.
2. Stretch your jaw down as much as possible. Close your eyes. Use a finger for each eye to pull the skin from the lower outside corner down and away from the eye. Look side to side ten times each way. Do this for 2 sets.
Cheeks
1. One cheek at a time suck inwards, not to tightly, you are trying to create tension and a tightening of that cheek. Gently tap and pat the area with the backside of your opposite hand for a toning and tightening affect. Hold the cheek inwards while tapping for 15 seconds and do 4 times for each cheek. You are working to contract the muscles by tightening and then tapping them they can really tighten up for a firmer look.

2. Pucker out your lips and push them out as far as you can using the muscles in your cheeks while pushing in on your cheeks with your index finger.. Do this 10 times for 3 sets and really try to push those lips out using those cheek muscles.
3. Open your mouth wide. Try to stick your tongue out the center of your mouth. Squeze your cheeks in and then relax. Do this 10 times for 3 sets.
Lips
1. Pucker your lips out, but this time use the lip muscles to keep the lips pushing out, but sucked in. Try to keep the inside against your front row of teeth while still puckering your lips outwards.

2. Pucker your lips out and reach them as high as you can. Try to reach your nose. Do 10 while holding each one as high as you can for 5 seconds. Do this 2 times.
Neck
1. Stretch your head back as far as you can. While your head is back you should try to kiss the sky as far as you can. This will help pull and tighten the neck skin. Hold these for 15 seconds and do 6 of them.
2. Tilt your head back somewhat and then pull your lower lips over the upper lip. Do 20 of these 3 times.
3. With one hand tighten the skin around the neck and under chin. While the skin is tightened use the backside of your other hand to tap the underside of the chin and throat to help contract and tighten muscles there. Do about 20 taps 3 times for best results.
